It is possible in this century to change the course of a faltering power structure and save it from demise. Change is a good thing, and a necessary thing and, at times a revolutionary thing to do. However, change is often fraught with resistance, the agents of change are often characterized as fringe, leftist or some other negative adjective in order to marginalize them and halt their efforts.
Well, not today and not now! America is embarking on a change that is over 200 years in the making. America is going to elect a President and a Congress whose goals are global in their thinking and domestic in their execution. The 25,000 Knights represents Americans from all walks of life and socioeconomic backgrounds, we are progressive in our thinking because we understand that partisan politics have destroyed America’s reputation around the world. Even more disheartening is that it has destroyed the spirit in American Citizens as well.
The 25,000 Knights sole purpose is to elect and keep legislators that want to constantly update, revise and renew the premise of the Constitution and change the way we do business in America. That is why the Down Ticket has our unequivocal support, without electoral votes and without state legislative support; no New President can expect to achieve our common goals. A supportive no-partisan Congress will allow a new administration the opportunity to change things around to build a better America to form a “more perfect union”.
It is our goal as the 25,000 Knights to ensure that a “more perfect union” is achieved. We will support any candidate that supports a “more perfect union” regardless of party affiliation.
Yes, we are the 25,000 Knights of the Democratic Party, but we are first 25,000 Knights of America. As American citizens we will not marginalize nor will we characterize the strengths of any candidate based upon party affiliation alone. We are mostly Democrats but, we are also Republicans too, and, we will together change the way things are done for the better.
This is our mission and this is our goal.
One United States of America and, a “more perfect union”.
